These classes will be geared towards perfecting all movements typically involved in a CrossFit class. Every week the movements will change and there will be a workout towards the end of the class involving the movements covered.
Anyone that has not done CrossFit before is encouraged to come so you can learn more about the program and movements. Experienced CrossFitters are also encouraged to come, as everyone can use some practice to perfect movements.
During these classes, we will get more in depth about nutrition, fitness, CrossFit, styles of training, and much more.
